Export document library

Annotated, field-by-field reference templates for the three documents that decide whether a frozen meat consignment clears or waits: the halal certificate, the SIF veterinary health certificate and the export packing list. Use them to brief your team, to check a supplier's paperwork before shipment, or to see exactly which fields have to reconcile with each other.

These are blank reference templates, not certificates.

They carry no certificate number, issuer stamp or signature and have no legal or regulatory value. Real halal certificates are issued only by an accredited Islamic certification body recognised by the destination authority, and real health certificates only by MAPA on the model agreed with the importing country. Always confirm the current model with the issuing authority before use.

Templates

Three documents, annotated field by field

Each PDF is print ready on US Letter, marked as a template, and annotated with what each field must contain and where it has to match another document.

Halal

Halal slaughter and production certificate

Issued by Accredited Islamic certification body in Brazil

Confirms the slaughter met the halal standard named by the destination authority, and that the product stayed segregated from non-halal product through cutting, packing, freezing and storage.

  • Certification body, accreditation scheme and certificate number
  • SIF establishment number and destination authority plant approval
  • Product lines with lot or production codes and net weights
  • Container and seal numbers, plus the halal declaration and authorised signature
Sanitary

Veterinary health certificate

Issued by MAPA, Brazilian Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock

Issued per consignment on the model agreed bilaterally with the importing country and signed by an official SIF veterinarian. This is the document that clears the sanitary side of entry.

  • Certificate number, competent authority and agreed model reference
  • Establishment, SIF number, species and region of origin
  • Product identification with treatment, lot codes and net weights
  • Cold chain and public health attestations, with the storage temperature
Trade

Export packing list

Issued by Exporter

The reconciliation document. Authorities match its lot codes, carton counts and weights against the invoice, the bill of lading and both certificates. Mismatches are the most frequent cause of hold at the port.

  • Parties, invoice reference and purchase order number
  • Ports, vessel, bill of lading, Incoterm and temperature set point
  • Carton level detail, one line per lot, with SIF plant and production date
  • Totals for cartons, net weight, gross weight and volume
