Each proposed shipment must meet the applicable Brazilian export and destination-import requirements. Confirm the producing plant, product approvals, document set and any required independent inspection before contracting.
Incoterms 2020
Request FOB, CFR or CIF terms with a named port. Other Incoterms depend on the route, importer responsibilities and the written quotation.
Payment terms
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, confirmed by a first-class international bank
- Irrevocable Letter of Credit at usance (30/60/90 days)
- T/T against scanned shipping documents
- Trade finance instruments (CAD, supplier credit) for repeat buyers
Certifications & compliance
Commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading and destination-specific veterinary / health certificate. Origin, analysis and Halal certificates are included where required or agreed. Pork is not Halal; confirm the document pack with your importer before shipment.
Sanctions & trade compliance
We strictly comply with all Brazilian export regulations and international sanctions regimes (UN, EU, OFAC). Orders to sanctioned destinations or entities will not be processed.
Quality assurance
Independent inspection can be discussed for an order. Confirm the inspector, scope, cost and loading location in the contract.
