Our commitments on Incoterms 2020, payment terms, certifications and international trade compliance for buyers of Brazilian frozen meat, sugar and edible oils.

Brazil Prime Foods Export operates under Brazilian customs regulations (Receita Federal, MAPA, SECEX) and the ICC Incoterms 2020 framework. Every shipment is supported by full statutory documentation, independent inspection where required and certification recognised by destination-market authorities.

Incoterms 2020

We quote FOB Santos / Paranaguá as the standard Incoterm. CIF and CFR are available to any major commercial port worldwide. EXW, DAP and DDP are offered on request for premium-service contracts.

Payment terms

  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, confirmed by a first-class international bank
  • Irrevocable Letter of Credit at usance (30/60/90 days)
  • T/T against scanned shipping documents
  • Trade finance instruments (CAD, supplier credit) for repeat buyers

Certifications & compliance

All shipments leave Brazil with full statutory documentation including SIF veterinary certificates, Halal certificates (where applicable), Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin (COO / EUR.1), phytosanitary or health certificates and bill of lading.

Sanctions & trade compliance

We strictly comply with all Brazilian export regulations and international sanctions regimes (UN, EU, OFAC). Orders to sanctioned destinations or entities will not be processed.

Quality assurance

Independent inspection by SGS, Cotecna or Bureau Veritas is available at the port of loading on buyer request and is included by default for bulk vessel cargoes.
